Analytic Technician

Responsibilities:
Carry out analytical experiments
Analyze the used oil/grease from customer site.
Carry out root cause analysis for customer & KLIS.
Understand and Interprete the test results.
Monitor, maintain and backup the test results.
Develop and implement test methods for analytical instruments (FTIR, XRF, Viscosity, TGA, DSC,HPLC, GC, etc) and enrich the analytical know-how.
Create and update the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the instrument operation and test method.
Report the test and experiments results in oral and written form to supervisor.
Ensure the cleanliness and order of work area (5S).
Complete other related jobs assigned by the superior.
Assist supervisor to improve laboratory management system and quality management system. Complete other correlative job assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or higher Degree in analytical chemistry, chemistry or related field
- Prefer relative experience in analytical or chemical labs, especially HPLC.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis tools.
- Basic Eglish in both oral and written .
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Very strong hands-on experiences and trouble shooting skills.
- High sense of responsibility, good working attitude, positive thinking.
