Anaplan Support Consultant

The Anaplan Support Consultant is an experienced multi-skilled professional, with hands-on experience in supporting the Anaplan application. The candidate should possess a financial background with experience in the Financial Planning & Analysis model of Anaplan.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions, Root Cause Analysis for incidents raised by business users/L1 team.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to application access, process, scripts, etc.,
  • Handles Anaplan planned downtimes individually.
  • In case of incident with product quality issue, ensure PR is created and tagged against the incident before closing it.
  • Perform UAT testing for projects owned by operations like new market adoption, simple logic change, etc.,
  • Prepare, present changes in change advisory board and own production implementation.
  • Coordinate and manage discussions with other support teams and business users.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and business users.
  • Think creatively to solve the user problem with a holistic and simple solution.
  • Drive best practices within teams with respect to operations standards and guidelines.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new frameworks/technologies.

SKILLS

Must have

  • Should have strong knowledge of Anaplan Connect, ALM Synch, Financial Planning & Analysis(FP&A) model handling.
  • Should have strong knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving incidents, Job failures.
  • Ability to analyse /root cause the PRs created for the Anaplan support models.
  • Should be versatile with Agile Ops / SCRUM / ServiceNow
  • Prior work experience in Anaplan Support projects.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in the US timezone

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Cloud Services • Knowledge in SRE, ITIL, AgileOps • Able to work independently and interact with the business community, L3 team to come up with solutions.
