AP Accountant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative finance professional to support our Global Accounts Payable (AP) organization. In this role, you will contribute to month-end close activities, financial reporting, and process improvements while working in an international, team-oriented environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and supporting both internal stakeholders and external partners.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Support month-end close activities, including sub-ledger close, accrual preparation, reclassifications, and financial data analysis
Prepare and maintain balance sheet account reconciliations
Provide documentation and explanations to support internal and external audits
Perform Superuser responsibilities within the Global AP organization, including system testing and participation in improvement projects
Prepare regular reports and dashboards, including AP metrics, KPIs, and cash forecasts
Validate financial data related to purchase requisitions
Maintain and verify vendor bank account information
Respond to vendor inquiries through a standardized ticketing system in a timely and professional manner

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts payable processes
Ability to work with financial data accurately and with attention to detail
Digital skills, including proficiency in Excel
Proactive mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience in a similar finance or accounting role
Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (BSc or MSc)
Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent certification
Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools
Experience in customer service environments
Knowledge of an additional European language
