About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to join our Global Facilities team. In this role, you will lead facilities management activities across multiple locations, ensuring our workplaces remain safe, compliant, efficient, and aligned with FLSmidth standards. You will work closely with local and global stakeholders to enhance workplace experiences, manage service providers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure facilities are safe, clean, compliant, and well maintained

  • Manage third-party facilities management providers and service contracts

  • Lead workplace safety, security, and emergency preparedness programs

  • Oversee preventative maintenance plans and asset lifecycle management

  • Drive operational efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support, coach, and guide local facilities teams

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver effective workplace solutions across the region

About You

You are a proactive facilities professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating safe and productive work environments.

You will bring

  • Experience in facilities, property, or workplace management

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability

  • Knowledge of workplace health, safety, security, and compliance requirements

  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service agreements

  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on service excellence
