APM/Site Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily construction site operations and activities
• Supervise workers, engineers, and subcontractors on site
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and site safety compliance
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities
• Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of façade / building envelope systems (e.g. curtain wall, cladding, glazing, waterproofing)
• Experience in engineering coordination and site supervision
• Familiar with Singapore regulatory and approval processes (BCA requirements)
• Strong understanding of WSH safety standards and site control
• Good project coordination, communication, and leadership skills
