This role is for someone who understands user acquisition — and knows how to make it profitable. Your Mission
Manage and scale high-performance UA campaigns that:
- Drive profitable user growth (CPI / CPA targets)
- Allocate budgets intelligently across publishers and traffic sources
- Continuously optimise towards incrementality and quality
- Maximise ROAS and post-install performance
Own Campaign Performance
- Manage brand budgets across multiple publishers and traffic sources
- Optimise campaigns daily based on CPI / CPA / post-install KPIs
- Shift budgets aggressively towards top-performing sources
- Identify and scale winning channels
- Cut underperforming spend fast
- No “set and forget.”
- No tolerance for inefficient spend.
Work Directly with Supply
- Build strong relationships with publishers and traffic partners
- Negotiate placements, volumes, and pricing
- Push partners for performance improvements
- Test new traffic sources continuously
- Unlock scale where others can’t
Drive Data-Led Optimisation
- Analyse performance deeply (cohorts, LTV, retention, events)
- Work with MMP data (Adjust / AppsFlyer or similar)
- Understand attribution, incrementality, and post-install signals
- Translate data into clear optimisation actions
- Iterate fast
Act as a Growth Partner to Clients
- Understand client goals and business models
- Align campaign strategy with growth objectives
- Provide clear performance insights and recommendations
- Be accountable for results — not just delivery
How Success Is Measured
- Hitting and beating CPI / CPA targets
- Strong post-install performance (LTV / ROAS)
- Efficient budget allocation across sources
- Scalable campaign growth
- Clear, consistent performance improvement

Who You Are
5+ years in mobile app user acquisition
Experience at an app agency, brand, or MMP (Adjust / AppsFlyer or similar)
Strong understanding of the mobile growth ecosystem
Hands-on experience managing publisher / traffic source relationships
Deep performance mindset (CPI / CPA / ROAS driven)
Highly analytical and commercially sharp
Proactive and ownership-driven
