Apple iCloud+ Business Lead, Europe

Articulate and shape the opportunity ahead for iCloud+ and communicate European requirements for current and future products in a coherent way to multiple stakeholders Worldwide. Possess expert knowledge of market trends, competitive and 3rd party products and strategies. Make recommendations on key growth opportunities to management and cross-functional teams. Define the strategy and the annual plan, outlining opportunities and actions that drive growth and category leadership. Be the liaison between Europe and Worldwide for all local business needs and feature requirements. Influence the product feature roadmap, making clear recommendations that improve customer experience and commercial performance. Be commercially focused and deliver on strategic business opportunities to drive subscriptions and growth. Build, maintain and expand business relationships with established and prospective partners. Balance deadlines and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Build a sphere of influence across cross-functional teams. Maintain outstanding attention to detail and obsess over the customer experience. Minimum Qualifications Extensive work experience in tech, preferably in the Cloud industry vertical, with depth in technical awareness and the instinctive ability to be the voice of the consumer. A consistent track record for driving strategic business growth, subscriptions and business development with partners in the telco, retail and finance industries. Strong understanding of consumer tech landscape across the key European markets and the UK, subscription economics in the region with deep passion for mobile technology. Preferred Qualifications Positive attitude and strong ability to work internationally with a variety of teams and personalities collaboratively across different markets An ability to analyse and communicate results clearly and effectively to leaders, and influence senior leaders through story telling. Excellent analytical, presentation and negotiation skills. Spoken and written English fluency. Prior work with International teams in a multi-national company is a plus. The role is based in our London Battersea office.
