Apple Store Advisor, NEUSS
In this role, you will:
- Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand.
- Share your in-depth knowledge on Apple products directly to customers, work closely with partners, and create new owners of our products.
- Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products, accessories, and services.
- Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
- Leverage your curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey.
- Ensure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements in the store are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
- Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely and effective resolution.
- Educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.
Minimum Qualifications
• Requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Passion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives.
• Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others.
• Outstanding customer focus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to educate and inspire others.
• Solid relationship building skills with the ability to become a trusted business partner at a single point of sale.

• Effective time management including ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks.
• Ambition for driving sales results and recommending Apple solutions is desirable.
• Background in direct sales or solution-based selling is a plus.
