Job Description
Change The Bank :
Act as Project Manager (ITPM) for assigned projects, both projects with WIP status & in pipeline.
Run The Bank:
1. Act as L3 & L2 Production support for DMP, RFT/FTS, SVS
2. SSL Renewal for DMP, RFT/FTS, SVS - self signed (38 licenses)
3. Customer onboarding in DMP, RFT/FTS
4. Annual DR Exercise for DMP, RFT/FTS, SVS
5. Support if any UAT regression from business or regulator
6. Support holiday, long holiday, sudden holiday and end of year handling
7. Support Audit request (internal and external) related to the domain system
8. Managing ISRA review, approval and re-certification.
9. Managing ORSA annual review and approval.
10. Managing VRA review and approval
11. Managing renewal agreement for software license used by DMP, RFT/FTS, SVS.
12. Managing server decommissioning for old servers of FTS, DMP.
13. License Renewal for Informatica Data Mapper
Secure the Bank:
1. Vulnerabilities fixing for DMP, RFT/FTS, SVS (including UAT testing, UAT implementation, Production Implementation, DR implementation and live verification)
2. Support OS, DB and middleware patches (including UAT testing, UAT implementation, Production Implementation, DR implementation and live verification)
