Application Development & Support Manager

Lead and own techno-functional solutioning for Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, ensuring stable operations, continuous improvements, and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

  • Act as the primary techno-functional expert for Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing modules including BOM, WIP, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Planning.
  • Lead requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and functional specifications.
  • Drive end-to-end process integration across SCM, Manufacturing, and Finance.
  • Oversee customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reports in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Support production issues, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Lead upgrades, patches, and enhancement initiatives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to drive process standardization and best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide functional governance.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

Required/ Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15–18 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing.
  • Strong techno-functional expertise with solid understanding of EBS architecture.
  • Experience in discrete manufacturing environments is a must.
  • Proven experience in integrations with external systems (MES, PLM, third-party apps).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in global or multi-org implementations
