Application Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and execute customization projects tailored to customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to clarify questions and provide technical support.
Organize and facilitate regular innovation workshops to generate and develop new ideas within the team.
Drive internal and external communication to ensure alignment and transparency across stakeholders.
Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making and improve application solutions.
Apply project management methodologies to plan, monitor, and control project activities effectively.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in application engineering with a focus on customization and innovation projects
Strong communication skills with experience in customer-facing roles to clarify technical questions effectively
Proven ability to organize and lead team workshops for innovation ideation and collaboration
Data analysis skills to support solution development and project decision-making
Better to have project management skills with experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects successfully

Advanced degrees in Engineering or related technical fields such as Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive projects independently
Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to product customization
Passion for continuous learning and innovation
