Main Task: <\/b>

Customer Support:<\/span>
<\/div>
  • Providing pre\-sales technical support, including feasibility studies and presentations to customers.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Offering post\-sales support, including training,troubleshooting, and resolving process\-related issues at customer sites.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Conducting machine commissioning and ensuring optimal performance.
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    <\/span><\/div><\/div>
    Application Development:
    <\/div>
    • Developing and optimising applications for existing machines.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Assisting in the development of new gear cutting machine products.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Conducting component trials and prove\-outs.
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      <\/div>
      Technical Expertise:
      <\/div>
      • Analysing engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing processes related to gear cutting.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Understanding customer requirements and translating them into machine configurations and process parameters.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Providing technical documentation like offers, control plans, and cycle time studies.
        <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        <\/div>
        Collaboration and Communication:
        <\/div>
        • Collaborating with sales and product development teams to address customer needs and provide feedback.
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Maintaining clear communication with customers to address queries and provide solutions.
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Representing the company at exhibitions and industry events.<\/span>
          <\/li><\/ul>

          Competencies Required:<\/b><\/span>
          <\/div>

          <\/div>
          Gear Manufacturing Process Knowledge:
          <\/div>
          \-\-Understanding of various gear types (spur, helical,bevel, etc.), gear cutting methods (hobbing, shaping,grinding, etc.), and the associated tooling, fixtures,and setup procedures.
          <\/div>

          <\/div>
          Machine Operation and Setup:
          <\/div>
          \-\-Familiarity with operating and setting up gear cutting machines, including CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens,etc.).
          <\/div>

          <\/div>
          CNC Programming:
          <\/div>
          \-\-Proficiency in programming gear cutting machines,including part programming and understanding of different CNC control systems.
          <\/div>

          <\/div>
          Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:
          <\/div>
          \-\-Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to machine performance, process parameters, and product quality.
          <\/div>

          <\/div>
          Metrology and Inspection:
          <\/div>
          \-\-Knowledge of gear metrology principles, inspection equipment (CMMs, gear checkers), and the ability to interpret measurement data.
          <\/div>

          Communication Skills:

          \-\-Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, explain technical concepts,and collaborate with internal teams.
