Application Support Analyst
Key Responsibilities
• Provide end to end SWIFT SME support for BAU, incidents, and changes.
• Own SWIFT infrastructure and application administration(Alliance Access / Gateway / AMH as applicable).
• Support SWIFT Alliance Cloud migration, cutover, and hypercare.
• Ensure compliance with SWIFT CSP controls, audits, and attestations.
• Coordinate with Infra, Security, Network, Vendors, and Business teams.
• Support future API based SWIFT initiatives and modernization roadmap.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.
Detailed Job Description:
• Provide end to end SWIFT platform support covering BAU operations, incident management, and production stability.
• Act as the primary SWIFT subject matter expert for Alliance Access, Alliance Gateway, and associated components.
• Support the ongoing migration from on premise SWIFT infrastructure to SWIFT Alliance Cloud, including readiness checks, cutover activities, and post go live support.
• Ensure adherence to SWIFT CSP requirements and support all internal and external regulatory audits and attestations.
• Coordinate closely with infrastructure, security, network, compliance, vendors, and business stakeholders to manage changes and resolve issues.
• Support change and release management activities, including deployment planning and risk assessment.
• Participate in future SWIFT modernization initiatives, including API based SWIFT integration planned from 2027 onwards.
• Maintain and update operational documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge repositories.
• Hands on experience with Alliance Access, Alliance Gateway, SWIFTNet
• Experience in cloud or hybrid SWIFT deployments preferred
