Application Support Analyst II
Responsible for:
Providing application support activities for FUJIFILM DMS internal and customer facing File Transfer, File Distribution and Platform and Legacy Batch Processing applications.
Extent of Authority:
- Decision making within the scope of standards and procedures for role
Main Activities:
- Provide application support for internal and external customers
- Carry out rostered out of business hours on call or shift work duties as part of a Level 2 Support team
- Carry out incident and issues management
- Maintain and update problem management calls
- Maintain and create technical documentation
- Play a substantial role in providing knowledge and value to the overall quality and stability of production systems
- Identify and carry out process improvements in consultation with the team manager
- Liaise clearly and reliably with Service Delivery staff and other support staff to ensure all tasks are carried out efficiently to meet customer service levels
- Carry out changes to production systems as required
- Be able to undertake root cause analysis work
- Ensure you do not discriminate against, harass or bully co-workers, prospective co-workers, FUJIFILM Data Management Solutions Pty Limited (FUJIFILM DMS) sub-contractors, visitors, clients or customers and ensure you treat people with fairness and respect in the performance of your duties.

- Perl, Python, KornShell and Bash scripting, XML and SQL

Qualifications and Typical Experience:
- Experience in supporting business critical applications
- Relevant qualification in IT or other related discipline
Special Circumstances:
- Use or wear personal protective equipment (PPE) e.g. vests, ear plugs, safety shoes, safety goggles etc. as per PPE requirements in your designated work area.
- Must be eligible to legally work in Philippines.
- Employment is dependent on a national police criminal history check that is acceptable to FUJIFILM DMS
- Additional security clearances may be required as requested by FUJIFILM DMS or its clients.
- Required to work reasonable additional hours as may be necessary to meet the requirements of the position.
- Maintain FJUIFILM DMS and client confidentiality.
- Some travel may be required to various FUJIFILM DMS sites, interstate or overseas to meet requirements of the role.
- May be needed to be on-call from time to time to meet requirements of the role.
- Required to participate in workplace fit-for-work initiatives (including stretching programs).
