Application Support
We are looking for a Production Support Engineer / FinOps to join our team.
What you'll do:
Provide production support to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of IT applications and infrastructure;
Monitor production environments, identify issues, and coordinate incident resolution with technical teams;
Support infrastructure resilience, application lifecycle management, and obsolescence initiatives;
Collaborate with Cloud, Infrastructure, Application Support, and FinOps teams to optimize operational efficiency and cloud costs;
Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics to improve service quality;
Contribute to production governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives;
Participate in infrastructure changes, deployments, and maintenance activities, including off-hours support when required;
Share knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute to training and best practices.
What you will need to bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field;
Previous experience in Production Support, Infrastructure, or FinOps environments;
Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and infrastructure concepts;
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Dynatrace is a plus);
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes;
Experience working with Linux, WebSphere, Ansible, CFT/File Transfer, or similar production technologies;
Knowledge of FinOps principles, cloud cost optimization, or infrastructure lifecycle management is an advantage;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
Comfortable working with Excel, reporting, dashboards, and operational data analysis;
Fluent English (mandatory).
