• Strong technical background in relevant domain (Apps, Infra, Engineering, or Cyber)

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies

• Manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction

• Represent the team in meetings and presentations

People Development

Experience

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant industry experience

• At least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role

• Proven track record of successful project delivery
