We are looking for a proactive and organizedAppointment Setterto join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, setting up appointments for our sales team, and maintaining up-to-date records of client interactions. This is a project-based position with clear deliverables and performance metrics.

You will play a key role in ensuring our sales team’s calendar stays full with qualified appointments, while collaborating with the team to drive business growth. If you have excellent communication skills and a knack for organizing schedules and managing leads, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Scope of Work:

  • Cold Calling/Email Outreach:Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or social media to set appointments for the sales team.

    Appointment Scheduling:Book appointments with prospects, ensuring these are aligned with the calendar of the sales team or manager.

  • Lead Qualification:Qualify leads by ensuring they meet specific criteria before scheduling appointments.

  • Database Management:Update and maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems, including follow-up notes and lead statuses.

  • Follow-Up on Leads:Re-engage cold leads or follow up with prospects who showed initial interest but did not set an appointment.

  • Lead Generation:Source leads from the current client database, property management companies, insurance agents, plumbers, and other relevant sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Makeoutbound callsto potential clients to introduce the company’s services and set up appointments.

  • Maintain an organized scheduleand ensure appointments are accurately reflected on the team’s calendar.

  • Follow up on all leads generated throughmarketing effortsorreferrals.

  • Respond to inquiriesfrom potential clients and redirect them to the appropriate person if necessary.

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with prospects.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff of appointments.

  • Record and trackall calls, prospects, and appointment outcomes in CRM systems.


Requirements

  • Experience incold calling, telemarketing, or appointment settingroles.

  • Strongcommunication skills(verbal and written).

  • Organizational skillswith the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Familiarity withCRM systemsfor tracking leads and follow-ups.

  • Ability to handlerejection professionallyand maintain a positive attitude.
