Appointment Setter
Location:
We are looking for a proactive and organizedAppointment Setterto join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, setting up appointments for our sales team, and maintaining up-to-date records of client interactions. This is a project-based position with clear deliverables and performance metrics.
Scope of Work:
Cold Calling/Email Outreach:Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or social media to set appointments for the sales team.
Appointment Scheduling:Book appointments with prospects, ensuring these are aligned with the calendar of the sales team or manager.
Lead Qualification:Qualify leads by ensuring they meet specific criteria before scheduling appointments.
Database Management:Update and maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems, including follow-up notes and lead statuses.
Follow-Up on Leads:Re-engage cold leads or follow up with prospects who showed initial interest but did not set an appointment.
Lead Generation:Source leads from the current client database, property management companies, insurance agents, plumbers, and other relevant sectors.
Responsibilities:
Makeoutbound callsto potential clients to introduce the company’s services and set up appointments.
Maintain an organized scheduleand ensure appointments are accurately reflected on the team’s calendar.
Follow up on all leads generated throughmarketing effortsorreferrals.
Respond to inquiriesfrom potential clients and redirect them to the appropriate person if necessary.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with prospects.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff of appointments.
Record and trackall calls, prospects, and appointment outcomes in CRM systems.
Requirements
Experience incold calling, telemarketing, or appointment settingroles.
Strongcommunication skills(verbal and written).
Organizational skillswith the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Familiarity withCRM systemsfor tracking leads and follow-ups.
Ability to handlerejection professionallyand maintain a positive attitude.
