Job Title: Project Manager- Appraisals

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: This position may be based remotely or out of one of USF’s office locations.

Job Overview: US Forensic is an Insurance Property Appraiser Project Manager to serve as a liaison between our appraisal team and our clients. In this role, you will dispatch new assignments, manage cycle times, communicate file status to clients, oversee and monitor appraisers in the field, and maintain accurate file updates. You will be responsible for meeting service level agreements (SLAs), helping to build trust in our brand and the quality of our work. The ideal candidate is highly organized and able to effectively manage client requirements while handling a high daily volume of appraisal claims.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and verify new assignments and proactively manage projects, including cycle times
  • Maintain detailed documentation and update file statuses regularly
  • Communicate project status with clients and provide proactive updates
  • Assign, manage, and monitor field appraisal teams
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure a high-caliber end product
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, assess client needs, and deliver appropriate solutions
  • Maintain consistent communication with field teams
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner
  • Review appraisal reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Process invoices in accordance with contractual requirements and maintain proper documentation
  • Provide feedback on operational issues and inefficiencies to support process improvements
  • Assist with additional duties as needed
