Position: Apprentice
Department: Hotel Operations
Location: Novotel Lucknow
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Assist the team in day-to-day hotel operations as assigned.
- Support departments such as Front Office, Food & Beverage Service, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and other operational areas.
- Ensure smooth coordination with team members during shifts.
Guest Service
- Greet guests professionally and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
- Assist guests with basic queries and ensure prompt service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of customer service in line with Accor brand standards.
Learning & Development
- Participate actively in departmental training and learning programs.
- Understand hotel SOPs, hygiene standards, grooming standards, and guest interaction procedures.
- Learn operational processes and service standards under the guidance of supervisors.
Hygiene & Safety
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures as per hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance guidelines.
Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or completed Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hospitality operations will be an added advantage.
