Your Challenges

Joining the Visibility Systems Business Group, you will be integrated into the Project Buyer team. You will play a key role in supporting new projects and will be responsible for the following missions:

Sample Purchasing & Project Support (Core Focus)

  • Manage the purchasing of samples and prototypes to support the project team, which includes placing orders with suppliers and ensuring end-to-end follow-up and delivery.
  • Coordinate effectively with the project team and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, including tracking component qualifications in liaison with the Supplier Quality (AQP) network.

Sourcing & Cost Analysis

  • Conduct Sourcing activities: Launch RFQs (Requests for Quotation), drive supplier negotiations, and manage the supplier nomination process.
  • Analyze costs: Perform comprehensive quote analysis and BOM (Bill of Materials) analysis to prepare component costings and cost estimates for new projects and customer requests.

Tooling, Contracts & Administration

  • Manage tooling: Track and manage PTBV (Production Tooling Breakdown Valuation), alongside tooling warranties and capacities.
  • Handle contracts: Prepare and manage key supplier documents, including NDAs, Design Reviews, SVRFs, and Nomination Letters.
  • Ensure data tracking & compliance: Help track Purchasing KPIs and savings, consolidate data (EOL Analysis, High Runner Parts), and manage the purchasing portal while ensuring compliance with internal methodologies (5 Axes).

Let's Talk About You...

  • Education: You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/+5) in an Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent university program.
  • Language: Our environment is highly international; therefore, fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Skills: You are comfortable using the MS Office Pack and Google Suite.
  • Personality: You are autonomous, rigorous, dynamic, and open-minded. You enjoy teamwork, possess an international mindset, and are highly motivated and engaged!

Good to know: Basic knowledge of electronics and blueprint/drawing reading would be a strong plus.
