Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist chefs in the preparation and cooking of Indian cuisine.
  • Prepare ingredients, maintain mise en place, and support daily kitchen operations.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
  • Follow recipes, kitchen procedures, and guidance from senior chefs.
  • Learn and develop culinary skills while contributing to smooth kitchen operations.

Eligibility:

  • Freshers or candidates pursuing/completed a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Hotel Management/Culinary Arts.
  • Passion for Indian cuisine and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ready to join immediately will be preferred.
