Salary: FC5 £14,585.40 (50% of FC5 - Year 1) - £23,336.64 (80% of FC5 - Year 2)
Working Pattern: 36 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Location: Skills Development Centre, Kirkcaldy

Job Details
Modern Apprenticeship to work proactively within Employability Services and support the promotion, administration and delivery of employability programmes to help clients access and sustain employment.
- To assist the Fife Job Contract programme in the delivery of employability programmes and initiatives and work as part of a team to achieve the overall aims of the service.
- Attend meetings/provide effective frontline services to customers including participation at networking events.
- Update and monitor social media including responding to public messages and dealing with requests.
- Collate and record data relating to requirement of national bid frameworks.
- Provide caseload and work reports as requested on work achievements.
- Undertake Modern Apprenticeship SVQ Level 3 (Enabling Clients to Access Career Development) as agreed on an individual training plan.
- Modern Apprenticeship salary is 50% FC5 Year 1 (£29,170.80) progressing onto 80% FC5 Year 2 (depending upon Apprenticeship achievement).
- A 2-year fixed contract with option of flexible working arrangements.
The Person
- Educated to a SCQF Level 5, which includes National 5 or the equivalent relevant experience.
- Awareness/understanding of own and client Health, Safety and Welfare
- expectations in the workplace.
- Computer competent and experience using Microsoft packages/digital applications such as Powerpoint, Menti, social media.
- Effective communication, presentation and written skills and the ability to engage and develop good working relationships with individuals and organisation at all levels.
