Job Description

The role involves supporting senior staff in day-to-day operations while gaining hands-on experience in R&D processes and functions. The individual will learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), participate in training and development programs, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate effectively with team members.
The position requires a strong commitment to learning, adherence to company policies and safety standards, and contribution towards a safe and productive work environment.

JD:

• Assist senior staff with daily tasks and projects, adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
• Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) in relevant departments such as manufacturing, quality control, research and development, or supply chain.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in pharmaceutical processes and technologies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required for assigned tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, reporting progress and any issues encountered.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and professional development.
• Contribute to a safe and productive work environment.
