Position Overview: As an Inet Product Specialist at Anderson Powersports, you will be the key liaison between our customers and our extensive lineup of Powersports products. You will leverage your technical expertise and passion for adventure to provide personalized guidance, showcase product features, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry to post-purchase support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to Internet inquiries in a timely manner to ensure customer needs are met.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our full range of powersports products, including specifications, features, and applications.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations and solutions.
• Assist customers with product selection, financing options, and trade-in evaluations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
• Collaborate with dealership teams and manufacturers to optimize sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
