Job Description:

Works to achieve day-to-day Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering objectives with moderate impact as communicated by leadership. Updates process documents for defining user, functional, and technical specifications for new products.
Helps test/debug prototypes of new designs, and verifies and documents that specifications are met.
Writes assembly procedures and QC test procedures for new designs.
Examines technical reports, technical memoranda, and other documents to identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.​
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
