Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Arabic Language Consultants proficient in Khaleeji, Hijazi, or Najdi dialects to support the evaluation and quality assurance of AI-powered voice and chat solutions. The consultant will assess AI-generated interactions in both English and Arabic, ensuring linguistic accuracy, dialectal appropriateness, contextual relevance, and overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated voice and chat conversations in English and Arabic.
  • Review translations and responses for linguistic accuracy and naturalness.
  • Validate dialect-specific usage for Khaleeji, Hijazi, or Najdi Arabic.
  • Identify grammatical, semantic, pronunciation, and contextual issues.
  • Provide detailed feedback and quality assessments to improve AI performance.
  • Ensure conversations meet expected standards of fluency, clarity, and cultural appropriateness.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to address language-related quality concerns.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience working with Arabic language content, translation, localization, linguistic evaluation, or related fields.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic, with expertise in at least one of the following dialects:
    • Khaleeji (Gulf Arabic)
    • Hijazi Arabic
    • Najdi Arabic
  • Strong English communication skills (B2 level or above).
  • Excellent understanding of both spoken and written Arabic.
  • Ability to evaluate voice interactions, text conversations, and language quality.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI, NLP, conversational AI, chatbot evaluation, speech technology, or language quality assurance projects.
  • Prior experience in annotation, linguistic testing, localization QA, or AI model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with voice recognition and conversational AI systems.

Deliverables

  • Quality assessment of AI-generated voice and chat interactions.
  • Identification and reporting of language, translation, and dialect-related issues.
  • Actionable feedback to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of AI solutions.

Engagement Type: Consultant (Contract Basis)

Rate: 7-8$ per hour
Duration: Approximately 5 hours
Location: Remote (WFH)
