Architect - Salesforce
Overview The Enterprise Solution Sr. Analyst / Lead Engineer is responsible for implementing Salesforce solutions focussed on reporting capabilities. This will include leading the report related capabilities for large global rollout programs. The Sr. Analyst will serve as the central point of contact for all reporting and data-related initiatives for large global templatized solutions and market rollouts on TPM, defining and building reporting KPI frameworks through data-driven insights. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce reporting solutions and KPI frameworks for Global programs Serve as the primary point of contact for all reporting, analytics, and data-related initiatives across global market rollouts Define and deliver business-critical KPIs and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making and measure program success Own end-to-end reporting delivery, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, deployment, and support Collaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to identify gaps and implement scalable reporting solutions Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and reporting standardization across enterprise systems and markets Manage reporting enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring system stability and business continuity Translate complex business requirements into effective analytical and reporting solutions through strong data analysis and problem-solving skills Qualifications 10+ years of Experience in IT with substantial Salesforce experience Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and enterprise solutions, with hands-on experience in CRM Analytics (CRMA) Good understanding of Business Intelligence concepts, data modelling, reporting, and analytics frameworks Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making Proven experience in delivering end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions across large-scale programs Ability to define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and value realization metrics to measure business impact Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendor partners in global environments Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques for reporting and insights generation Strong communication, stakeholder management, and requirement gathering skills Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting and analytical solutions
