Architectural 3D Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled

Architectural 3D Designer

to join our Singapore studio. This role is ideal for a creative visualizer with strong architectural sensibility and exceptional rendering expertise, capable of transforming concepts into compelling visual narratives and immersive spatial experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality architectural visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials across multiple stages of design.
  
• Collaborate closely with architects and design teams to support design development and effectively communicate project intent.
  
• Translate conceptual ideas into visually compelling and technically refined representations.
  
• Create atmospheric, photorealistic imagery that reflects SCDA’s design ethos, spatial sensitivity, and attention to detail.
  
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of visual outputs across multiple projects and deadlines.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an architectural design studio.
  
• Strong expertise in architectural visualization, composition, lighting, and materiality.
  
• Mandatory proficiency in:
  D5 Render
  3ds Max
  Rhino
  
• Proficiency in V-Ray, Corona, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop is highly desirable.
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced rendering capabilities, visual storytelling, and design sensitivity.
  
• Excellent eye for atmosphere, detail, spatial quality, and architectural composition
