Architectural Engineer

• Industry: A1 Main Contractor - Korean MNC

• Office is near Jurong East MRT, Singapore

• Site is at Jurong East MRT

• 5.5 Days 8am-6pm / 8am-12pm

• Salary: $5000 - $6500

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Degree/Diploma in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects

• LTA / Building experience will be beneficial

• Relevant experience in construction company

• Good knowledge of structure and architectural details

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in compliance with standards, safety & environment regulations

• Coordinate with Civil/Structural and M&E parts to handle technical issues

• Attend meetings about progress, technical issues, etc for architectural works with all relevant parties

• Arrange inspections by consultants and other relevant authorities, if necessary

• Assist to Architectural RI inspection

• Plan and Manage Architectural work progress scheduling, etc.
