Architectural Coordinator

- Coordinate architectural works with other disciplines such as structural and M&E

- Prepare and review architectural shop drawings and as-built drawings

- Submit drawings and materials for consultant/ authority approvals

- Supervise and inspect architectural works on-site

- Monitor progress and report and delays or discrepancies to management

- Handle submissions to BCA and other authorities for TOP/CSC clearance

- Maintain records of architectural inspections, RFI, and material approvals

- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation in accordance to Master Programme

- Ensure that architectural works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements

- Conduct joint inspections and manage rectification works for defects

- Attend site meetings with client/ contractors/ sub-contractors and resolve design or site conflicts

Requirements:

- Conversant with Singapore Building Codes and Regulations

- Must have experience with landed houses

- Tactful in handling clients and contractors/ sub-contractors (and all related parties)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/ Building Construction / any related field from a university recognized by Singapore

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience within the construction industry in Singapore
