ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

Job Description:

  • Assists the Project Manager in supervision of all architectural works at Project Site.
  • Ensure works carried out by subcontractors are in accordance with specifications and drawings.
  • Ensure work programme, quality requirement, standards and architectural construction materials are carried out.
  • Coordinate architectural works with the consultants, sub-contractors and C&S, M&E coordinators to resolve any technical issues.
  • Attend safety meetings and ensure works are carried-out safely onsite.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in the use of BIM, AutoCad and other relevant software.
  • Able to read and understand construction drawings.
  • Highly motivated, meticulous, independent with good written and verbal communication skills.
