Job Description & Requirements

Review project specifications, construction drawings and technical specification

Produce shopdrawing and details for submission, coordination & fabrication

Produce As-Built drawing for submission

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors & project teams

Architectural planning, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors

Coordinate & liaise between structural, architectural & M&E works on site.

Assist Project Manager in planning, organising, implementing and controlling the construction of all architectural works.

Checking & submission of all subcontractors/suppliers shopdrawings & material catalogues to consultants

Attend site meetings

Able to meet tight schedule
