Job Summary

Join Kienta Engineering Construction as an Architectural Coordinator to lead architectural coordination, manage submissions, and ensure compliance with authority requirements, driving project success through effective stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise architectural works with internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and quality delivery
  • Monitor on-site progress to track milestones and identify issues impacting project timelines
  • Manage and monitor architectural design submission schedules to ensure timely completion and compliance with project deadlines
  • Ensure all design submissions comply with local authority and regulatory requirements to secure necessary approvals
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and government agencies to facilitate smooth project progress and resolve queries
  • Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff and subcontractors to enhance team performance and maintain standards
  • Support project planning and workflow processes from design through construction to optimize efficiency and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve design and construction challenges, ensuring project continuity
  • Prepare accurate architectural drawings using AutoCAD to support design development and submission requirements

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination
  • Recognised Degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Strong understanding of local authority submission processes and construction workflows
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural design tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities as a proactive team player
