Architectural Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor all architectural works from design to construction stages
• Responsible for coordination i.e. structural and M&E
• Provide technical input on architectural design and identify any potential risk or discrepancy on the design
• Ensure all architectural design from consultants and subcontractors are in accordance with contractual and project specification requirements
• Oversee the planning of architectural works, site inspections, monitoring of work progress, ensure all architectural works of the project and subcontractors are in compliance to the defined standards and drawings
• Attend all coordination meetings, keep meeting minutes, and ensure timely submission of drawings to consultants or authorities

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, recognized by Board of Architects Singapore
• At least 3 years’ experience in architectural field in construction industry
• Preferable experiences for PBU and/or PPVC construction in Singapore
