Architectural Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform cross checking between architectural drawings & construction drawings for discrepencies and highlight to Project Manager
  • Liaise with subcontractors on their works in accordance to design specification and regulations
  • Attend progress meeting to assist Project Manager in technical and drawing issues
  • Monitor and supervise architectural submissions to ensure smooth and timely delivery according to site progress
  • Coordinate with site team and consultants to resolve design discrepencies and issues
  • Attend site inspection to ensure works conform to drawing specifications
  • Perform all other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with a main construction firm.
  • Strong ability in interpretation of construction drawings
  • Meticulous and highly motivated, good interpersonal skills
