Key Responsibilities:
Proficient in AutoCAD
Able to read and interprete architectural and structural as built plans
Basic knowledge in CP83 and able to prepare submission drawings including plans, sections and elevations
Basic knowledge in building authority requirements, such as SCDF and BCA
Past experience in preparing tender drawings, details drawing is a plus
Basic knowledge in M & E system, such as automatic fire sprinkler system, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system (ACMV) are welcome
