Architectural Engineer

Job Description

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, design details, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Support project planning, design development, and submission to relevant agencies.
• Assist in tender preparation, material specifications, and cost estimation.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure quality standards.
• Liaise with project managers and engineers to resolve technical and design issues.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks in line with project schedules.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and authority submission processes in Singapore.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD).
• Strong technical drawing and design documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
