Architectural Project Manager - Interior Architecture - Multifamily

This position is 100% onsite at our Orange, CA office.


AO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of exceptional amenity spaces that bring multifamily communities to life. From vibrant clubrooms and fitness centers to resort-style outdoor spaces, you'll guide projects from concept through construction while partnering with talented designers, consultants, and clients.

This is an opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys balancing design, technical execution, client relationships, and team development while making a visible impact on every project.



What You'll Do

  • Lead multiple projects from concept design through construction administration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, interior designers, and project teams.
  • Drive project success by managing schedules, budgets, staffing, invoicing, and overall project performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Core & Shell teams to deliver fully integrated project solutions.
  • Guide project teams through design development, documentation, coordination, and construction.
  • Identify challenges early and develop creative solutions that keep projects moving forward.
  • Mentor and support team members while fostering a collaborative and positive culture.
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities.



What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 8+ years of architectural experience, with multifamily experience preferred.
  • Proven success managing projects, consultants, and client relationships.
  • Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in Revit and construction documentation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
