Architectural Project Manager (Senior)

Responsibilities

  • Manage design development to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and project specifications
  • Execute tender procurement processes to secure qualified contractors and suppliers
  • Supervise on-site construction activities to maintain quality, safety, and schedule adherence
  • Coordinate with architects and consultants to plan, report, and implement project milestones effectively
  • Procure statutory compliance for Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC) to meet regulatory standards
  • Monitor defect rectification and oversee final certification to ensure project handover quality

Required competencies and certifications

  • Hold a degree in Architectural, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, or Quantity Surveying recognized by relevant professional bodies or BCA
  • Possess a minimum of seven (7) years of practical experience in Project Management Services (intermediate level)
  • Demonstrate familiarity with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction Work
  • Have attended and passed the "Construction Safety Course for Project Managers" conducted by Ministry of Manpower-approved agencies
