Architectural Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Able to co-ordinate and execute the operational work schedules and implementation of the Architectural work trade on site with sub-contractors, clients and Consultants to achieve target set.
• Liaise with the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of quality works in accordance to schedule and all required regulations
• Site coordination and monitoring architectural work progress
• Able to prepare shop drawing for construction & As-built plan for submission

Requirements

• Possess recognized Nitec in Building (Architectural) / Diploma in Architecture from local polytechnic or recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction industry.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Initiative, willingness to learn and able to multi-task.
• Performs related responsibilities as required or assigned.
• Able to work independently, capability to do trouble-shooting
• Able to start work in short notice.
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with
