Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate architectural design information between internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Assist in preparing architectural drawings, documentation, and submission materials.
  • Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, regulations, and design standards.
  • Manage and track drawing revisions, submissions, and approvals.
  • Liaise with authorities and external consultants for project coordination.
  • Support the project team in resolving design or coordination issues during different project stages.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and records.
  • Assist with project scheduling, meetings, and coordination updates.
