Area Manager - Technical Services
- Product demonstration at new & existing customers leading to sales growth
- Conduct Laboratory testing relevant to customer requirement
- Record, analyze, certify and prepare summaries of findings and maintain records of the results.
- Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems of complaints.
- Provide technical support to customers /contractors on site.
- Provide support to Sales team to conduct product sampling/ demonstration at site.
- Stay abreast of market trends as well as changes in market and competitive landscape and initiate necessary actions.
- Capture & share periodic customer feedback on product performance.
- Periodic Engage with Sika authorised applicator base.
- Technical Product persentation at customer site/ office
- BE / Diploma Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in Waterproofing / CS products
