Accountabilities
In this role, you will lead regional sales performance, team development, and strategic execution across the Northeast acute care market:
- Achieve annual sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth across the assigned territory.
- Lead and manage the acute care sales channel, including regional and national distributor relationships.
- Oversee and support a geographically distributed team of sales representatives, ensuring performance and accountability.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including pipeline management, forecasting, and variance reporting.
- Conduct customer-facing engagement including co-travel, clinical education, and consultative selling with key accounts.
- Coordinate trade shows, regional meetings, and sales events with distribution partners.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance development for direct reports.
- Partner with pricing and commercial teams to optimize profitability and pricing strategies.
- Utilize Salesforce to monitor pipeline health, account activity, and revenue performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and positioning.
- Ensure execution of pricing agreements, sample processes, and key account deliverables.
- Maintain strong oversight of margins, ASPs, and regional profitability.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of progressive sales management experience leading geographically distributed teams.
- Experience selling medical products in acute care or alternate care healthcare markets.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving territory growth.
- Experience managing distributor networks and complex healthcare sales channels.
- Ability to engage with senior healthcare stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce for pipeline and performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data, trends, and market dynamics.

- Willingness to travel up to 60% across the Northeast region.
