  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors for effective market coverage.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Monitor distributor ROI, stock levels, billing, and collections.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Ensure smooth supply chain coordination and product availability in the market.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and institutional clients.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Lead, train, and monitor Sales Officers, Sales Promoters, and field executives.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and execution of promotional activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Implement marketing campaigns and trade activation programs effectively.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence updates.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

            • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

            • 3\u20135 years of experience in the beverage, FMCG, or Food industry sales.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Proven experience in handling distributors and channel sales.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Strong understanding of HORECA, General Trade, and Modern Trade channels.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
