Area Sales Manager

Job Purpose<\/b>

1. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive\nsales growth of solar products through distributor training and customer\nengagement.
<\/p>

2. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Expand\nthe dealer and distributor network by onboarding high\-potential partners from\nthe solar industry and competitors.
<\/p>

3. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Build\nlong\-term trust with channel partners to ensure Loom Solar remains their first\nchoice for solar solutions.

Primary Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Meet\n retail shops, solar dealers, and distributors daily (minimum 10 visits) to\n promote Loom Solar products.
    <\/li>
  • Conduct\n cold calling to prospective solar dealers/customers to generate new\n business opportunities.
    <\/li>
  • Develop\n a strong dealer network by generating leads and converting them into\n active partners.
    <\/li>
  • Negotiate\n with dealers to position Loom Solar as their preferred brand, ensuring\n competitive edge over other solar companies.
    <\/li>
  • Prepare\n and share customized quotations for solar product orders.
    <\/li>
  • Update\n all visits, leads, and sales data in the company\u2019s sales application.
    <\/li>
  • Respond\n to dealer queries promptly to build strong relationships.
    <\/li>
  • Ensure\n 30 days\u2019 stock availability with channel partners to support smooth order\n fulfillment.
    <\/li>
  • Track\n distributor/dealer stock movement and secondary/tertiary sales of solar\n products.
    <\/li>
  • Conduct\n dealer/distributor training sessions and meetings to enhance product\n knowledge and trust.

      • Any\n Graduate.
        <\/li>
      • 2\u20135\n years of experience in solar product sales / channel sales / electrical\n product sales.<\/b>
        <\/li>
      • Strong\n knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and rooftop solar\n solutions.
        <\/li>
      • Excellent\n communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
        <\/li>
      • Willingness\n to travel extensively to meet dealers and distributors.
        <\/li>
      • Self\-driven,\n target\-oriented, and passionate about renewable energy.
