  • Plan and achieve the organizational goals in terms of volumes,\n market share, profitability and overall growth of the organization\n by expansion of touch points.

  • Manage dealerships in\n the specified territory and Review the Sales process at\n dealerships
    <\/li>
  • Monitor Customer Satisfaction Scores on\n Sales, Google Ratings, Complaints etc.
    <\/li>
  • Ensure\n adherence to the monthly plan of Network Expansion (both main\n dealerships/ Branch outlets)
    <\/li>
  • Visit dealerships/\n Market as per Fixed Journey Cycle and review business\n parameters
    <\/li>
  • Monitor Dealer Financial and ensure\n availability of Working Capital and dealer\n profitability
    <\/li>
  • Infra audit compliance by dealers in the\n region
    <\/li>
  • Ensure top three position in dealer\n satisfaction surveys across two\-wheeler industry
    <\/li>
  • Ensure retail finance penetration as per targets
    <\/li>
  • Ensure the dealership has quality trained sales manpower as\n required.
    <\/li>
  • Ensure that the dealership infrastructure is\n as per latest Corporate Identity Process norms and are complaint\n to all Oben Electric norms/ Policies
    <\/li>
  • Attending to\n customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer\n satisfaction is obtained
    <\/li>
  • Ensure appropriate MIS\n reporting.
    <\/li>
  • Rides & Customer meets to be organized\n as per target
    <\/li>
  • Plan and implement sales promotional\n activities in coordination with Marketing team
    <\/li>
  • Showcase consistent Customer satisfaction index & Sales\n Satisfaction index.
    <\/li>
  • Maintaining relationship with\n business partners Dealers (dealer profit enhancement), Banks\n & Financial institutions
    <\/li>
  • Ensure adherence to\n policies, statutory norms and compliance.
