This is a standout opportunity to lead and grow Flora Professional’s presence across Attica, Peloponnese, parts of Central Greece and selected islands. As Area Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our HoReCa and Distributor sales strategy — building trusted relationships with chefs, operators and partners, and delivering tailored customer plans that drive mutual growth. You’ll report directly to the Sales Leadership and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class execution, product availability and customer satisfaction. This is a high-accountability role for someone who thrives on autonomy, connection and results — and is ready to make a real impact in the Greek foodservice landscape.

Main Responsibilities:
Customer Strategy & Growth
• Develop and deliver win-win customer strategies and business plans
• Build strong, long-term relationships with HoReCa customers and distributors
• Identify growth opportunities and tailor Flora Professional solutions to meet customer needs
• Drive product penetration and portfolio expansion across your territory
• Represent Flora Professional with pride and purpose in every customer interaction
Sales Planning & Execution
• Plan and execute sales activities across Attica, Peloponnese, Central Greece and selected islands
• Monitor customer performance and take proactive steps to optimise results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and service excellence
• Lead negotiations and consultative selling with key accounts
• Prepare and present compelling commercial proposals and business reviews
Market & Competitor Insights
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity
• Use insights to shape effective sales plans and customer engagement strategies
• Share feedback and learnings with internal teams to inform broader business decisions
Performance & Reporting
• Track KPIs and sales targets, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Manage budgets and promotional investments with a focus on ROI
• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior stakeholders
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
We’re looking for a passionate, commercially minded sales professional who understands the rhythm of Greek hospitality and thrives on building meaningful partnerships.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Business Administration or any equivalent
• Experienced: 3+ years in Area Management, Distributor or Category roles preferred
• Customer-Focused: Builds trust and delivers value through every interaction
• Commercially Sharp: Strong understanding of P&L, value chain and business drivers
• HoReCa Savvy: Experience in foodservice or hospitality segments is a strong advantage
• Analytical & Agile: Uses data to drive decisions and adapts quickly to change
• Collaborative & Independent: Works well solo and as part of a high-performing team
• Tech-Ready: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English; Greek language fluency assumed
