Festivals From India is hiring on behalf of their client Ashvita\u2019s Fine Art & Collectibles<\/a> a highly presentable and polished Floor Manager<\/b> to manage client experience at their ultra\-luxury, appointment\-only gallery space, Dwaraka Engineering<\/b>. This person will be the first point of contact for guests and collectors, acting as a liaison between Ashvita\u2019s team and walk\-in clients. The role combines elements of concierge services, client relationship management (CRM), and luxury hospitality. This is a high\-touch, client\-facing role suited to someone who enjoys hosting, attention to detail, and creating memorable, discreet luxury experiences for a discerning clientele.

    • Background in luxury hospitality or experience as a butler/guest relations manager in a premium hotel is highly preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Fluent in English, Tamil, and Hindi \u2013 spoken and written. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • 3\u20137 years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, high\-end concierge services, or front office management in a 5\-star environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Basic working knowledge of CRM software or comfort with digital guest management tools.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Presentable, discreet, and comfortable interacting with UHNWIs and VIP guests.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Ability to work weekends and holidays, with a compensatory weekday off (Tuesday) <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
