What you\u2019ll be doing: <\/b>

To ensure last mile connectivity, with timely installations and quality resolution of any \ndifficulties faced by customers.

o Expertise in fault diagnosis and repair techniques.
<\/div>
o Skilled in managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
<\/div>
o Experience in training and developing team members.
<\/div>
o Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

o Ability to make quick, informed decisions in the field.

o Data Analysis and Reporting.

What you\u2019ll bring to the team: <\/b>
<\/b><\/div>
\u2022 Oversee the end\-to\-end delivery of Installations and Fault Repairs for TPF Customers \nwithin defined TAT and SLA.
<\/div>
\u2022 Onboard partner teams for the execution of Installation and Fault Repair activities.
<\/div>
\u2022 Implement partner governance for Installation and Fault Repairs to ensure a technically \nsuperior, first\-time\-right customer experience.
<\/div>
\u2022 Ensure strict adherence to safety measures during all operations.
<\/div>
\u2022 Address and resolve Fault repairs or Service requests arising from the Tata Sky \nBroadband network through partner teams within defined SLA and KPIs.
<\/div>
\u2022 Provide daily dashboard reporting and MIS for Activations and Faults attended.
<\/div>
\u2022 Maintain total pendency reporting with proper remarks for efficient tracking.
<\/div>
\u2022 Execute recovery processes for deactivated customers through partner teams within \ndefined TAT and KPIs.
<\/div>
\u2022 Lead cross\-functional support and follow\-up for customer\-related issues and escalations \nas needed.
