What you\u2019ll bring to the team: <\/b>

\u2022 Oversee the end\-to\-end delivery of Installations and Fault Repairs for TPF Customers within defined TAT and SLA.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Onboard partner teams for the execution of Installation and Fault Repair activities.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Implement partner governance for Installation and Fault Repairs to ensure a technically superior, first\-time\-right customer experience.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Ensure strict adherence to safety measures during all operations.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Address and resolve Fault repairs or Service requests arising from the Tata Sky Broadband network through partner teams within defined SLA and KPIs.

\u2022 Provide daily dashboard reporting and MIS for Activations and Faults attended.
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Maintain total pendency reporting with proper remarks for efficient tracking.
<\/div>

\u2022 Execute recovery processes for deactivated customers through partner teams within defined TAT and KPIs.

\u2022 Lead cross\-functional support and follow\-up for customer\-related issues and escalations as needed.
